CBWFRL is privilaged to collaborate in a study conducted by Department of Wildlife Protection, Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir and CU Jammu which resulted in the discovery of Brandt's Hedgehog in India. The species is a new addition to the mammalian species of India. CBWFRL carried out the genetic analysis of the study.
